Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain activities across the Singapore cluster, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Market General Managers and Leadership Teams to drive supply chain strategy and execution.
- Develop and implement robust supply chain plans, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and logistics optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive continuous operational excellence.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and local regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or life sciences industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing large-scale supply chain operations and teams.
- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory affairs, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages is a plus.
