Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple hospitality properties (beach club and cruise operations) to ensure consistent service quality
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across all managed properties
- Monitor and maintain operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences and event management
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-property operations
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost control expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and operational systems
