Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple F&B outlets within the assigned cluster
- Implement and maintain consistent quality standards across all locations
- Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability
- Monitor inventory management, cost control, and wastage reduction
- Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff to ensure high performance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management with cluster responsibility
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant outlets
- Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate teams
- Deep understanding of F&B industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and operational data
