As Cluster Pay Master, you'll be the backbone of our cluster's financial integrity, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution while maintaining robust cash management protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for hotel cluster employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore labor laws
- Execute weekly cash banking procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit documentation
- Support accounts receivable operations, including invoice processing, credit management, and collection activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for payroll transactions and cash operations
- Collaborate with accounting team on month-end closing procedures and financial audits
- Implement and maintain payroll controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Assist in developing process improvements for payroll efficiency and cash management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2+ years payroll experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Proven experience in cash handling procedures and banking operations
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English with clear communication skills
