Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for hotel cluster employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore labor laws
  • Execute weekly cash banking procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit documentation
  • Support accounts receivable operations, including invoice processing, credit management, and collection activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports for payroll transactions and cash operations
  • Collaborate with accounting team on month-end closing procedures and financial audits
  • Implement and maintain payroll controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Assist in developing process improvements for payroll efficiency and cash management

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2+ years payroll experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and tax requirements
  • Proven experience in cash handling procedures and banking operations
  • Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English with clear communication skills
