Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets within the designated cluster.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Branch to analyze market trends and implement strategic business development initiatives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail outlets and distribution partners to maximize sales productivity.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide insightful sales reports and data-driven feedback to management to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and maintain high standards of service excellence.
  • Monitor and drive performance of retail partners through effective training, coaching, and incentive programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or distribution, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local market landscape in Bandung and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging sales targets.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for sales reporting and presentations.
  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
