Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications for the Capital Markets division.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while participating in code reviews to ensure high quality.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability for real-time financial trading environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the existing software ecosystem.
- Develop and integrate APIs to support internal systems and external market data providers.
- Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design through deployment and production maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably within the Banking or Fintech sector.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Solid understanding of financial products and Capital Market workflows.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as distributed systems architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform well under pressure.
