Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions within the Capital Market ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and latency to meet the rigorous demands of real-time trading environments.
- Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to SDLC best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide technical support and documentation for developed modules and integrated platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and financial trends to continuously improve our technical stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a financial services or capital markets environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading concepts.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and exposure to messaging middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team structure.
