Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole Group, the world's 10th largest banking group in terms of balance sheet size. In Singapore, our Capital Markets Department is looking for a highly skilled CMI Application Support Analyst to ensure the operational excellence of our trading and post-trade systems.
As a CMI Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day health and stability of the Capital Market Instruments (CMI) platform. You will work directly with Front Office traders, Middle Office managers, and Back Office operations to resolve incidents, manage deployments, and improve system reliability. The role requires an individual who is technically proficient in Unix, SQL, and scripting, possesses a strong understanding of financial products (Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX), and thrives in a fast-paced banking environment.
Your primary focus will be incident and problem management. You will use advanced monitoring tools like Geneos and Splunk to proactively identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. You will be part of a regional team covering APAC hours, collaborating closely with Paris and London based teams for global follow-the-sun support. You will also participate in project initiatives to automate processes and enhance the platform's monitoring capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L1 and L2 application support for the CMI platform, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for Capital Markets trading and operations.
- Monitor production systems, batch jobs, and market data feeds using tools such as Geneos, Splunk, and Autosys.
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Support the release and deployment lifecycle including weekend implementations and post-production validation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Liaise directly with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office users to understand business impact and prioritize support activities.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of application stability, performance tuning, and automation of operational tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support within the Banking & Financial Services industry, specifically in Capital Markets.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL (Oracle/MSSQL), Unix/Linux environments, and scripting (Shell, Python, or Perl).
- Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M) and monitoring tools (Geneos, ITRS, Splunk).
- Solid understanding of financial products such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, Repos, and FX.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is highly desirable.
