Join Crédit Agricole's dynamic IT team as a CMI Business Analyst and drive impactful transformations in our financial technology landscape. In this contract position, you'll spearhead critical projects focused on maintaining and enhancing our Corporate and Investment Banking solutions. You'll bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our systems deliver optimal value to stakeholders across APAC. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, document user stories, and deliver solutions that align with regulatory standards and business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for CMI solution maintenance and enhancement initiatives
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure solution alignment with regulatory requirements
- Analyze existing processes to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Develop process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Proven expertise in Corporate and Investment Banking (CMI) systems
- Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
