Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or capital markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, use cases)
- Solid understanding of capital market products and processes
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
