Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate complex financial processes into clear technical specifications for capital market systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, risk management, and operations to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Conduct data analysis and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making in capital markets
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate system implementation with IT teams
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards for market performance and operational efficiency
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives by documenting controls and audit trails
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proven expertise in capital markets products (equities, derivatives, fixed income) and trading workflows
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and BA best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management platforms
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or FRM) highly desirable
