Crédit Agricole is currently looking for a talented CMI Java Developer to join our Capital Markets IT (CMI) division. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions that support our Front Office trading strategies and risk management operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications for Capital Markets solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system design, coding, and unit testing.
- Collaborate with Front Office stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all deployed applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize system downtime.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes to drive system scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, JEE, Spring Framework, Hibernate).
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services, Microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of financial systems, trading platforms, or capital markets concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team.
