Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications tailored for Capital Markets trading systems.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Optimize existing applications to improve speed and efficiency, ensuring low latency for critical trading operations.
- Document technical specifications and system designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working within a Capital Markets or Financial Services environment (Front Office preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
