Join Asaba Manufacturing as a CMM Engineer and take a vital role in maintaining our commitment to superior product quality. We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee mold qualification, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). In this position, you will manage the calibration of measurement equipment and maintain the IMTE (Inspection, Measurement, Test, and Equipment) control management system. By utilizing advanced Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology, you will ensure that all manufactured parts adhere to strict tolerances and specifications. Your expertise in quality assurance will directly impact production efficiency and customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving quality issues early in the manufacturing process. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and mold qualification to verify product specifications against engineering drawings.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to conduct precise 3D dimensional inspections and generate detailed reports.
- Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to ensure process stability and product consistency.
- Conduct regular calibration of measuring tools and equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the IMTE (Inspection, Measurement, Test, and Equipment) control management system effectively.
- Investigate root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a CMM Engineer or Quality Engineer within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Proficiency in using CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso) and metrology equipment.
- Strong understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious manufacturing environment.
