Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, validate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs for dimensional inspection
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to establish inspection protocols
- Perform complex measurements using CMM equipment and document results
- Investigate and resolve quality issues related to dimensional accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement quality improvements
- Train team members on proper CMM operation and measurement techniques
- Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment meets accuracy requirements
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in dimensional metrology
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CMM programming and operation
- Proficiency in CMM software (such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with quality control systems and ISO standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
