Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for manufactured components
- Analyze measurement data against engineering specifications and GD&T requirements
- Generate detailed inspection reports with clear pass/fail determinations
- Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment according to ISO standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality discrepancies
- Implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Document quality control procedures and update inspection protocols
- Train junior inspectors on CMM operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience with CMM equipment operation and programming
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ASME Y14.5 standards
- Proficiency in CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or Geomet)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
- Certification in dimensional metrology (ASQ CQT preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
