Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components
- Develop, edit, and optimize CMM inspection programs using industry-standard software
- Analyze measurement data and generate comprehensive inspection reports
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of CMM equipment according to schedule
- Document inspection procedures and maintain quality control documentation
- Implement statistical process control methods to monitor product quality
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating CMM equipment
- Proficiency in CMM programming software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar)
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality control methodologies
- Attention to detail and precision in measurement and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
