Tanggung Jawab
- Program and operate CMMs (e.g., Brown & Sharpe, Zeiss, Mitutoyo) to perform precise dimensional inspection.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Develop, edit, and validate inspection programs using industry-standard software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso).
- Analyze inspection data, generate reports, and communicate non-conformance issues to the production team.
- Maintain and perform regular calibration checks on measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production departments to troubleshoot manufacturing defects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems and internal SOPs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CMM Programmer or Inspector in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CMM programming software (PC-DMIS, GOM, etc.) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
