- Program, operate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise component inspection
- Analyze measurement data and compare results to engineering specifications and tolerances
- Generate detailed inspection reports and quality documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop and implement new measurement procedures and inspection plans
- Ensure calibration and proper functioning of all measurement equipment
- Train team members on proper measurement techniques and equipment operation
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in metrology
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with CMM programming and operation
- Proficiency in CMM software (such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with precision measurement tools and techniques
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Certification in metrology or quality management is a plus
