Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform complex 3D inspections on manufactured parts.
- Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
- Verify part dimensions and tolerances against GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements.
- Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment and accessories to ensure measurement accuracy and equipment reliability.
- Document inspection results, generate reports, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) accurately.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to company quality management systems and safety procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T and the ability to interpret complex technical blueprints.
- Familiarity with Metrology software and CMM programming (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or Zeiss Calypso).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and precision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data reporting.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred for site travel within Penang).
