Forte Employment Services is currently seeking a dedicated CMM QA Technician to join our team in the Woodlands area. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing excellence by ensuring all products meet stringent quality specifications.
As a CMM QA Technician, you will be responsible for the precise measurement and inspection of manufactured parts. You will work closely with production teams to identify non-conformities, document findings, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and manual instruments.
- Execute rigorous quality control procedures on incoming raw materials and finished goods.
- Utilize precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Generate detailed quality reports and document inspection results accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure all inspection processes comply with company ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate measurement instruments to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a QA Technician or in a precision manufacturing inspection role.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Hands-on experience with CMM programming or operation is highly preferred.
- High proficiency with hand-held measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing production team.
- Basic computer literacy for data logging and reporting.
