In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the direct distribution of BRI Finance products, specifically targeting potential debtors for new car purchases, used car acquisitions, and Multiguna facilities. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between our financial products and the consumer market. Your responsibilities will include developing targeted marketing campaigns, identifying high-potential leads, and executing persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into loyal clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct sales and marketing for BRI Finance products, including new car financing, used car financing, and Multiguna facilities.
- Acquire potential debtors and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote automotive financial products effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal credit and administrative teams to ensure smooth loan approval processes.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial advice to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the banking, automotive, or financial services sector (experience with BRI Finance is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, interest rate calculations, and loan terms.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Valid driving license is required for this position.
- Fluency in Indonesian (native level) and basic English proficiency.
