Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers for credit products within the designated area.
- Conduct thorough surveys and analysis of prospective client creditworthiness.
- Prepare and process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio to minimize non-performing loans.
- Provide detailed reports on marketing activities and market trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in marketing or finance is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Own a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
- Willingness to be stationed in Jayapura, Papua.
