Mandiri Andalan Utama is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team in Surabaya. As a CMO for BRI Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing credit applications effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to acquire new credit business leads.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with potential clients and business partners.
- Analyze credit applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular activity reports and performance updates for the branch management team.
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the entire credit application and approval process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or finance-related roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office suite.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for fieldwork purposes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess credit risks.
- Goal-oriented personality with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the Surabaya area and local business market.
