Tanggung Jawab
- Promote BRI Finance's automotive financing products (new cars, used cars, multi-purpose loans) through direct customer engagement
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored financing solutions to potential borrowers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan application submission
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with BRI Finance partners to ensure seamless loan processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive environment
- Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes
- Valid driver's license (for field visits if required)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects of Bangka Belitung
