- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for BRI Finance products in Sintang
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and content platforms
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and ROI optimization for financial services
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain market position
- Train and mentor marketing team members on best practices and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in financial services
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
