Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote BRI Finance automotive financing products (new and used cars) to potential clients.
- Identify and engage with prospective debitors to expand our customer base in the Yogyakarta region.
- Conduct thorough initial screening of potential clients to ensure creditworthiness and compliance with bank standards.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding loan structures, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify required documentation for loan applications to ensure seamless processing.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and professional service throughout the lending process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or financial industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Resilient, honest, and high-integrity character.
- Familiarity with the local Yogyakarta market is a significant advantage.
