Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize CMP processes to achieve target specifications for wafer planarity and surface quality
- Develop and implement process control parameters to maintain high yield rates
- Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot process defects and implement solutions
- Conduct process characterization and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Document procedures and maintain process documentation in compliance with industry standards
- Support new technology transfer and qualification activities
- Train production staff on process protocols and equipment operation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor CMP process engineering
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and metrology equipment
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools
- Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) methodology for process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with safety protocols in semiconductor cleanroom environments
