Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize Diffusion and CMP wafer fabrication processes to ensure maximum yield and efficiency
- Implement process control measures and statistical methodologies to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Develop and execute process improvement initiatives targeting cost reduction and productivity gains
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and cleanroom standards
- Manage process documentation, training programs, and team development
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years in CMP or Diffusion processes
- Expertise in process control methodologies, SPC, and yield improvement techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in semiconductor environments
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment (e.g., CMP polishers, diffusion furnaces)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and quality teams
