We are seeking a skilled CMS Operations Developer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will serve as the technical guardian of our content ecosystem, managing the Strapi CMS to ensure seamless content delivery across our enterprise digital platforms. You will bridge the gap between content creators and engineering, implementing frontend fixes that enhance user experience while maintaining strict data integrity and system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Strapi CMS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement frontend fixes and UI enhancements that align with brand standards.
- Oversee daily website content operations, including content migration, staging environments, and publishing workflows.
- Develop custom components and plugins within the Strapi ecosystem to extend platform functionality.
- Perform regular audits of CMS configurations to optimize SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content delivery issues across various browsers and devices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Strapi CMS and headless architecture.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
