Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC bending machines to process metal plates according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical schematics accurately.
- Perform routine quality checks and measurements to ensure product conformance to standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, workplace regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily targets and efficiency goals.
- Document production data, material usage, and machine settings for quality assurance records.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Proven experience operating CNC bending machines or similar metalworking equipment.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of metal properties, bending techniques, and tolerances.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine monitoring.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods in an industrial environment.
