Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and precision
- Program CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software for complex machining operations
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for manufacturing requirements
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues in CNC machinery
- Collaborate with engineering team on process improvements and technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on CNC machining and programming experience
- Proficiency in CNC machine operation (e.g., Haas, Fanac controls)
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam)
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
