In this critical role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and troubleshooting of high-precision CNC machinery, ensuring that production targets are met with minimal downtime and maximum safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of CNC machines and associated production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure all machinery operates within safety parameters.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Manage lubrication schedules and fluid levels to prevent equipment wear and tear.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance logs and service records.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance within the Oil & Gas or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controls.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and safety regulations.
- Physical fitness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
