Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (e.g., Milling, Turning) according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine operation closely to ensure product quality meets strict standards and tolerances.
- Perform regular quality control checks and inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and efficiency goals.
- Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience operating CNC machinery (Fanuc, Haas, or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is an advantage.
- Physically fit to perform duties requiring standing for long periods and manual handling.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
