As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of milling machines. You will work closely with our engineering team to translate blueprints into tangible products, utilizing your technical expertise to optimize cycles and ensure minimal downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC Milling machines to perform production runs according to technical blueprints.
- Perform regular machine checks and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production output for quality control, conducting precision measurements to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- Make necessary tool offsets and program adjustments as required by the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any technical issues or production delays.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for all completed work pieces.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator or in a related precision machining role.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming basics and mechanical blueprints/technical drawings.
- Proficient in the use of measurement instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas area and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- NITEC or relevant certification in Precision Engineering is considered an advantage.
