- Oversee daily CNC machining operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Prepare and verify intricate plastic mold designs using advanced CAD software and operations.
- Program and set up CNC milling machines for high-precision manufacturing tasks.
- Design and manufacture critical tools, dyes, and jigs required for production processes.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventative maintenance.
- Train and mentor machine shop personnel on safety procedures and technical machining skills.
- Inspect finished parts and components to ensure they meet strict quality control standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining supervision, mold making, or machine shop management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM programming for CNC machines.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC milling machines, plastic mold design principles, and tooling.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create complex technical blueprints and engineering schematics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a diverse technical team.
- Familiarity with Philippine manufacturing standards and workplace safety regulations.
