Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and optimize CNC machining processes for complex components
- Operate and maintain CNC lathes/mills with precision tooling and fixtures
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct dimensional analysis using CMM and precision measurement tools
- Develop manufacturing documentation including SOPs and quality control plans
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype machining and material testing
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining and turning experience
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar)
- Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine controls
- Familiarity with precision measurement techniques and quality systems
- Experience with aluminum/stainless steel machining preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues
