Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-precision parts.
- Perform daily machine setups, including loading tools and setting offsets.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
- Document production activities and ensure all output meets quality control standards.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to perform precise measurements and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and tooling.
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a contract-based environment.
