Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (milling, drilling, and turning) to produce high-precision parts.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings.
- Perform regular machine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure continuous production flow.
- Measure and inspect finished components using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.
- Document production cycles, material usage, and quality control findings accurately.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with industrial safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming (G-code/M-code) and machine setups.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments and conduct quality checks.
- Knowledge of workplace safety (OSHA standards or local equivalent).
- High school diploma or technical certification in Machining or Mechanical Engineering.
