Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc controllers for precision part production
- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Perform manual machining tasks when required for specialized components
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to ensure tolerances
- Maintain machinery through routine calibration and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc controllers
- Ability to write and edit CNC programs for complex machining operations
- Strong technical aptitude with mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Knowledge of machining materials and appropriate tool selection
- Experience in troubleshooting machining issues and optimizing processes
- CNC machining certification or technical diploma preferred
