We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our premier manufacturing facility in George Town, Penang. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and programming CNC machinery to manufacture high-precision components that meet strict quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (Lathe/Milling) to produce precision parts based on blueprints.
- Interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and CAD/CAM data to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular machine maintenance, including calibration and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality control standards are met and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve cycle times and overall process efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with industry safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with G-code programming and CNC machine setup.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machining errors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a cohesive team.
- Must be willing to work in George Town, Penang.
