A & One Precision Engineering, located in the Loyang area of Singapore, is a reputable company in the precision engineering sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that components are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, and making adjustments to machine settings as needed. You will select the appropriate tools and materials for each job, monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition. Additionally, you will be required to inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications.
The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Experience with various CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) and control systems is highly desirable. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating with a team to meet production deadlines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and work instructions.
- Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T symbols.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods.
- Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship is preferred.
