Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain CNC milling/turning machines to produce precision components
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections using measuring tools
- Document production activities and update MES system data in real-time
- Identify and report quality defects to production supervisors
- Optimize machine settings for efficiency and dimensional accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- SPM/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T
- Familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers)
- Basic knowledge of MES systems or digital production tracking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
