Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling/turning machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Optimize machining processes for efficiency and material utilization
- Collaborate with engineering team on prototype development
- Maintain equipment through regular preventive maintenance
- Document production data and maintain quality records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Machining Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam)
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and machining techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Attention to detail and quality focus
