Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program CNC milling machines, lathes, and multi-axis equipment to produce precision components
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining sequences
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Optimize cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, tool paths) for material efficiency
- Implement quality control procedures and document production metrics
- Collaborate with engineering team to refine machining processes and resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machining Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CNC milling/lathes
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code) and CAM software
- Strong knowledge of metalworking materials and cutting tools
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM)
- Problem-solving skills for machine diagnostics and process optimization
