Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain CNC machines including milling, turning, and grinding equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, calibration, and program input
- Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and precision of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize machining processes
- Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machining Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of various CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
