As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that components meet stringent quality standards while maintaining operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (Mazak/Fanuc) to produce high-precision parts.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform machine tool offsets and adjust parameters to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all production activities adhere strictly to site safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot basic machine errors and report technical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC Milling or Turning machines.
- Proficiency in Mazak and Fanuc control systems is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Good knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for various materials.
- Ability to perform shift work and overtime as required by production schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in the Woodlands area.
