Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Optimize machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with engineers to implement design improvements
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience operating CNC milling machines
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and G-code programming
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Knowledge of machining materials (aluminum, steel, alloys)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
