Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machinery and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Overhaul components including servo motors, spindles, and control systems to maintain peak performance
- Implement and document maintenance schedules while maintaining accurate service records
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce machine downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Train operators on proper machine usage and basic maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance/Service Engineer with CNC machinery
- Strong knowledge of CNC systems, mechanical components, and industrial automation
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, manuals, and engineering drawings
- Experience with PLC programming and control systems troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Certifications in CNC maintenance or industrial machinery repair preferred
