Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and machining centers, to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
- Execute corrective repairs, component replacements, and adjustments to restore machine functionality and performance.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in the maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with production operators and engineers to identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new CNC equipment as required.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on basic machine operation and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, programming basics, and control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, sensors, and servo drives.
- Competence in mechanical repairs, including alignments, bearing replacements, and spindle maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in industrial maintenance.
